RASHA DEE

Hi, I'm Rasha (she/her). I'm a digital illustrator and mixed media artist based in Madison, Wisconsin. I graduated  in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, focused in drawing, painting, photography, and printmaking. Art and storytelling have always been both a passion and a refuge for me. The ability to dream up and bring to life new worlds and realities is a skill I've always found valuable (and therapeutic!). This passion for storytelling led me to illustration, which is now my primary focus. My narrative style revolves around bold, dynamic, and unique characters, accentuated by whimsical, atmospheric environments and vibrant colors. My work is inspired by a deep love and curiosity for other worlds and the unknown, the paradox between our individual uniqueness and our individual insignificance, and the profound interconnection of the universe.
